Here we have some of our frequently asked questions and our answers, if you have a query that you cannot find the answer to below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q.   Are your products vegan?

A.  The majority of our products are suitable for vegans, if this is not the case a product will state that it is NOT suitable for vegan.

Q.  What is a wax melt?

 A. A wax melt is a cube of wax that you place into a wax melt burner/electric burner/warmer and it gives of an amazing scent throw around the house.

Q.   I placed an order and forgot a product, can I add this on?

A. Unfortunately we are unable to edit orders therefore you will not be able to add products on to an order already placed. You can either create a new order or contact us to refund the order if the order has not already been sent so you can re order and include the missed product.

Q. I have seen on the shop that colours may vary, can I choose a specific colour?

A. Unfortunately we are unable to take requests on colours and designs for our wax melts.

Q.   How long after ordering will my delivery take to arrive?

A. We aim to have your order with you within 7 working days however at busier times we may have to increase our delivery time frame. You will receive tracking information upon dispatch and this will contain all details necessary to track your delivery.

Q.   My delivery has arrived and some items are damaged/broken what should I do?

A.   Our items never leave us in anything other than perfect condition unless of course you've purchased our perfectly imperfect melts. If your order has arrived damaged in any way head over to the contact us page where you can fill in the form letting us know and we will respond with the next steps. Please be sure to take photos of anything damaged to enable us to inform the courier used about the damage during transit.

 Q.   Can I order samples?

A.    Yes we have sample boxes available in our shop for you to purchase and try our products from only £5.99.

Q.  Can I use an electric burner or an oil burner?

A.    Yes, however you need to be aware that with electric burners you will need to check the strength of the bulb as the lower wattage bulbs may not fully melt your wax or give a very good scent through. Tealight burners work well with all of our products but we advise using no longer than a 4 hour candle
