Firstly, if you have accessed this section of the website its likely you have already ordered with us, in which case we would like to say thank you for supporting our small family run business! We are sorry to hear you're unhappy with your purchase and will do our best to help resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Below is some information to get you started.

  • We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on orders returned in unused condition in their original packaging, to arrange a return please use the Contact Us section of the website. Please include your full name, order number and email address.
  • After 30 days has passed and before 90 days returns will be accepted as long as all items being returned are done so in unused condition in their original packaging, store credit is then provided. Please follow the above steps to arrange a return.
  • In the event an item is defective or damaged in transit we will issue a pre paid return shipping label, in all other instances the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items a refund will be issued, please allow up to 24 hours for this to take place from confirmation of items received. A refund will take 5-7 working days to become available to you although this may be sooner depending on your bank or Paypal.
  •  Items purchased in a sale or that have been discontinued on the website are not eligible for a refund however upon return in unused condition and original packaging store credit will be provided..

Please ensure all packages are checked in full within 48 hours of receiving for any damages and/or missing items. In the unlikely even an order arrives with an item missing and this is reported after 48 hours we will be unable to assist.
