Here at Devine Treats we value each and every one of our customers, a positive customer experience is our number one aim. Accordingly, our Terms and Conditions are set out below. By reading this you accept all Terms & Conditions stated here. If you do not agree then you should navigate away from this domain.

We at Devine Treats reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning, or prior notification. You should make note of our Terms & Conditions prior to making any purchases on our site.

Devine Treats will respect customer privacy at all times and we will never share your information with a third party. Your confidence is guaranteed.

Data Collection

As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details.
We may use your personal information:

  • To process your order
  • To send you information about our special offer, promotions and updates
  • To communicate with you regarding enquiries, complaints or sales

Intellectual Property

The content of our website, social media, promotional materials and emails including all text, trademarks, logos and any other design are protected by copyright laws in the UK. Devine Treats do not allow any unauthorised attempt to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any content from our websites or social media outlets.

Orders and Payments

Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment. Should you make a mistake with the address at the time of ordering please use the "contact us" section of the website to inform us of the mistake, we can then offer you a refund and the order can be placed again through the website with the correct address.
It can take up to 14 working days to fully create and process your order, prior to dispatch. You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched in accordance with the shipping/postage option you selected.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Delivery

Devine Treats use a number of postal service providers, including Hermes. For international customers, we will utilise the services of the most cost effective service provider, negotiated by us.
Your chosen delivery method will be on your email that you receive from us.
If you have not received a dispatch notification (via email or text) within 14 working days from the point of order, please contact us as soon as possible. The tracking available to use, as a company, via the courier, is only live for 28 Days. If you have not contacted us within the 28 Day time frame, we may not be able to assist you any further with your enquiry. 

Should your parcel not be received after dispatch and we are provided with evidence that delivery has taken place from the courier company it will be your responsibility to contact the courier company used to raise a dispute. Should you provide evidence from the courier company this was left elsewhere or stolen we will look to provide a refund or replacement.

All orders are carefully and securely packed to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event of breakages occurring in transit please forward details including photographs and order number to enquiries@ourdevinetreats.co.uk

*Disclaimer - We will assess each situation individually, however, wax melts are not normally considered for a refund due to breakages as these are still fit for purpose.

CLEARPAY

Clearpay has been made available on the website for both customers and affiliates to use. Upon using Clearpay as a payment method you are entering into a payment plan with Clearpay NOT with Devine Treats Ltd and therefore any enquiries regarding Clearpay and your payment plan will need to be directed to Clearpay. Devine Treats Ltd accept no responsibility for charges placed on unpaid accounts by Clearpay should you fall into arrears. We do not advise our affiliates to open a Clearpay account in their name and allow customers to pay in weekly instalments, in a situation where an affiliate has chosen this option on behalf of their customers Devine Treats Ltd accept no responsibility for customers that fail to pay their instalments and will be unable to assist in recovering any monies owed.
